IV members have saved you a lot of money on attorney phone calls, getting answers to medical test questions and other general questions. Please contribute to IV so that we can keep this effort going. While everybody is busy collecting documents and paperwork for 485, core IV again is doing there personal paperwork and + lobbying.
Please contribute, especially if you are new and never contributed. Please do not be a freeloader and get your questions answered and run away.

Landed on 03/1997 on H1B. Didn't file for GC until 2003 as plan was to work for 2-3 years, get into an MBA program, and then go back.
MBA resulted in loans of $120K which in turn meant spending some more time in the US which resulted in buying a house which resulted in even bigger loan.
Now living the American "dream" on EAD.
You must be earning more than the debts you have from MBA per year. With that you should have paid the loans.

Inspite of the new spillover policy and the additional FB visa's the EB2-I has retrogressed. This shows there is quite a bit of EB2-I demand. Regarding EB3I movement, donno when it will come out of the 2001 slump. The actual bulletin might show the ROW movement that could provide some hint to how the spillover can influence the EB2I forward movements.

Here is my point. I spend several hours 3-4 hours at least every day looking through the forum posts hoping to find ways i can contribute to efforts. There are several ideas that are generated in the forum. But cannot find out who is leading it. All i am saying is if we can have a listing of initiatives with some names associated. So i can contribute to the ones that i can support. I am not sure if i am asking for too much here. I am not a IT guy. I do not know what it takes to post it in the front page.

I couldn't agree more, how come any immigration rules in britan should have any thing do with USCIS ? any time we have a problem with USCIS or in general US policy there are few people who want to jump in and comapre the rules and other stuff with rest of the world. This is not how an issue should looked at people came here because they thought this country encourages immigrants what I want see is let this country talk the talk and walk the walkif they don't want to give green cards or fix H1b porblems just say we no longer need any immigrants we have gained every thing we want from the immigrants and we are ok now when we need talent and work force we will call everybody , I am sick of this I could go on but .....

During previous phone call campaigns, our members came out w/huge numbers and were instrumental in getting the support. This I know because the Senators office phones were just constantly busy and once you started mentioning high skilled, they would know and finish your statements for you. This time though, that does not seem to be the case. Please, please step up. I just called 4 out of TIER 1 again.

I know the number of applicants will be high. My guess is around 200k for EAD applications. Remember, some people (like me) will have BEC case & PERM case. So there is a chance for double count.
